ForSis - a network for female self-leaders who drive transformation
Networking and Coaching? Professional connections and vulnerable authenticity? Aren’t these opposites?
At Guide and Lead we have been supporting leaders and organisations in transformation for more than 20 years now. We see that real change always involves and must be accompanied by a change in mindset. People are only able to support transformation in depth if they are also prepared to carry out this transformation themselves. Guidance through self-leadership is our motto to make exactly that possible.
One of the most important requirements of self-leadership is to be truly authentic – with oneself and in dealing with others. Gone are the days of professional masks, positions and fixed hierarchies.
Being successful means not only knowing your own purpose in life, but also consciously following it and bringing everything you do into harmony with it. In order to be able to use and expand one’s own strength and potential and really make a difference, it requires people who are brave enough to embrace vulnerability and authenticity.
ForSis- a network from women for women
Women in leadership in particular often find this very difficult, because they have had to fight their way through too many times, have had to deal with barricades and challenges that are often unknown to their male colleagues. And yet they bring with them the strength that self-leadership needs.
Having a network that doesn’t support you “just because”, but rather consciously and self-committedly creates space and time for it, is especially strengthening in times of uncertainty, of many questions and when you would like to be rather soft, but have to be strong.
ForSis is exactly this kind of network. It offers spaces of trust that go hand in hand with a conscious commitment, because women in particular often postpone their self-care “until later”. And often enough this “later” never happens.
To be able to open up and learn from each other in such a space of trust is also a form of self-care, a possibility to grow and also to experience community in a place where women often feel quite alone.
ForSis is that place. For 11 years for graduates of Guide and Lead training courses and coaching and now also for all other women leaders in transformation processes.
