Transformation literally means the action of changing shape.

We believe that self-leadership is the power within ourselves to connect truly, fully and empathically with others.

Self-leadership
Self-leadership starts – just as the term indicates- simply with one self. We believe, that in order to being able to connect with others, guide others or to be able to adjust to different environments and challenges in life, one needs to be consciously aware of who he or she is and also needs to be firm in this consciousness, meaning having found the most important drivers of oneself.
Agility
The benefits of intentionally introducing more agility are numerous. Collaborative learning and working are central to the process. Organizations thrive as they become more responsive and innovative.
Work becomes more meaningful as well as more productive. Leadership becomes more agile, distributed and open.
Transformation
A transformation for an individual or an organization can never be a complete re-invention, maintaining nothing in common with the previous incarnation. This would rather be a replacement, which – even if it were possible – would be totally inauthentic.
Nor is transformation simply improvement. Through a transformation process, central assumptions and ways of working are questioned and investigated, rather than just working to improve things around the edges.
Compassionate Communication
At Guide and Lead self-leadership means not only the awareness of the self but also the ability to connect with others by recognizing own needs and those of other people or organizations. This leads to being able to competently communicate requests and strategies that involve meeting the needs of everybody.
